In August 2023 we conducted a monitoring and evaluation survey for a non-profit social service organization in the greater Durben / Ethekwini area of ​​South Africa. In just 14 days we were able to interview 140 users of the organization. The end result of the project was a comprehensive report that focused on the satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the services provided and also informed the planning of future services. It was a great pleasure to work on this project.
